– Working Principle

The Powder Hopper Magnetic Separator attracts and retains ferrous impurities using the strong magnetic field generated by high-intensity magnetic rods.
During operation, material containing ferrous impurities enters through the upper inlet and flows evenly through the magnetic field created by the arranged magnetic rods. Ferrous contaminants such as iron filings, iron powder, and rust particles are attracted toward the rod surfaces as they pass through the magnetic field.
The purified, impurity-free material then flows through the gaps between the rods and exits from the lower outlet, continuing to the next processing stage.

High Gradient Magnetic Separator

The main component of the high-gradient magnetic separator is the magnetic roller installed at its end. When material reaches the end of the conveyor belt, the magnetic roller uses a strong magnetic field to attract ferromagnetic impurities present in the material. Utilizing the machine’s inertia and the magnetic roller’s attractive force, ferromagnetic impurities are separated from the material, completing the sorting process.
